Great deal, free parking, great location for downtown. Close to the Yacht Club. Room was simple, comfortable, clean, updated. Coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and safe. Lights functional, decent toiletries, appreciated the makeup remover wipes. Helpful staff, free breakfast was welcomed, something to get started before heading out to local eatery. I will be staying here again for sure. Book directly and stay away from Room 77 for reservations. I mistook Room 77 for booking directly, my bad. Room 77 charged same price as booking directly with the hotel and pockets the money they "save" for you.
A clean room and a comfortable bed. No issues with the service. Great views from the 5th floor. Excellent location, tons to do within a short walk of the hotel. This place is a great value!
Great price for the location. The breakfast had a little less choices than we thought (waffles, jimmy dean sandwiches, bagels, cereal, oatmeal) but still better than nothing! The room was nice for its age and really the only issue we had was noise from the downtown area. Lots of music playing at random times and one night we heard a whole concert . Still great value, but we did have two experiences with one of the workers that was unsettling. She was very rude over us asking questions and we got confused about a couple of things that we tried to make sure we were doing right, and the way she handled it was extremely unprofessional. Overall, decent place and you’re in walking distance of everything downtown.
Great hotel downtown, easy walking to most everything. Clean rooms, (I've stayed multiple times), very friendly and lovely service / hospitality. Front desk girl is fine as, and chill with the check in process. Easy parking (free and secure) My go to spot when I come to Asheville. 5/5
Rooms and facility in general are dated, but that's OK. Bathtub drain was extremely slow. Parking lot is tricky as it is very small and people don't know how to navigate things properly. Location is very close to a lot of things to do. All in all, good stay if you are just needing a place to sleep without breaking the bank.
Probably the best bang for your buck. Much cheaper compared to other hotels in downtown Asheville. Perfectly located to walk literally anywhere. Staff was super nice. I had an issue with a very loud neighbor in the middle of the night and the woman working the front counter immediately put me in a new room and offered me a discount for the rest of my stay. Room was clean and had all the essentials you would need. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toiletries etc. The only downside I can think of is that the bathtub drain was broken in both of my rooms. Would stay again.
Spent a long weekend at this Inn. Checkin was quick with a very pleasant front desk clerk. Room was very clean. Location was excellent for walking through the city. And all of the Inn's employees were pleasant and helpful.
Great location - at least 1/2 the cost of other downtown hotels. The retro tile work all over the hotel is amazing. Clean and maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Secure parking. I will stay here every time I am in Asheville.
